Your account data (timer chains and history) is stored securely using Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google LLC. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
Access to your data in Firestore is protected by security rules that ensure only you can read or write your own data — other users cannot access it.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

ChainTimer is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Advertising ID and other information to show you personalized or non-personalized ads based on your interests and location.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
Opting out does not remove ads from the App — it means the ads shown will not be tailored to your interests.
We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account or clear your history within the App, the relevant data is permanently deleted from our servers.
If you use ChainTimer without an account, all data is stored only on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App.
AdMob data retention is governed by Google's own retention policies.
ChainTimer is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
